The Bungalow, located at Vypeen side of the harbor mouth of Port of Cochin, with its own history and culture. Built in 1930, this heritage building of Vypeen, is a mixture of Portuguese, Dutch and Kerala architectures.

Vypeen, is a meld of Portuguese, Dutch and English influences; where history is alive even today.

Heritage zone of Fort Kochi is linked to Vypeen through ferry, while crossing the ferry a picturesque view of Vypeen and Fort Kochi along with its Chinese fishing nets can be seen

Accommodation: Rooms :The Host family live on the ground floor. The first floor of this three storied house is fully furnished with two spacious double bed rooms and a sit out for the comfort of the guest.

One Double bed room is with attached bathroom and western style toilet.
Second double bed room is with an exclusive bathroom and western style toilet adjacent to it.

Second floor attic is available to guests for common uses like reading , indoor games like chess etc.

Each room have wooden floor and wooden ceilings .Wooden staircase connect each floor.

Vypeen beach walkway, is just walking distance away (50m) from The Bungalow.
See local fishermen catching fish, using Chinese fishing nets.
These Chinese fishing nets are located along the Walkway (try your hand also at fishing along with these local fisher men)
Watch ships entering and leaving Cochin Harbour while leisurely walking along the walkway or else you can simply relax in the heritage Bungalow and in its lawn!
