if the guest wants to book the room then out of the total payment at least half of the payment he/she should provide on the arrival and the rest on the departure.
when we will receive the email form the guest or from the coordinating team of the agents( here hostel traveler) about the booking of the room, we will inform them by email and block the room but until we get at least half of the total amount of money for booking in cash ( which will be when they actually arrive) we can cancel there booking and provide the accommodation to any one who comes and makes the payment before the prior party. |
