# The payment/exchange order against confirmed/re-confirmed reservations must reach the Hotels before the cut-off dates, as mentioned below; failing which bookings will be released without notice. The cut-off periods are as below:
a. 03 days from the date of arrival of Indian Corporate and Leisure Clients
b. 15 days from the date of arrival of Foreign leisure Tourist & Foreign Corporate Clients
c. 30 days from the date of arrival of Groups
# One night room rent will be charged as RETENTION FEE for no-shows & for all cancellations received less than the cut-off date, as specified above.
# Travel Agents who are not having credit facilities with the Hotel Jaisal Vilas are required to forward advance payment at least 15 working days prior to the arrival of their foreign guests failing which Hotel will convert the payment status of such bookings to DIRECT PAYMENT BY THE GUESTS.
#. Travel Agents on credit terms must effect the payment of bills within 30 days from the date of the billing. An interest @ 18 % per annum shall be charged for the delay period. The Travel Agents must indemnify to pay the dues and interest without prejudice. Delay of more than 90 days in clearing outstanding will automatically result in withdrawal of Credit facilities without notice. |
