Overview

	Truffle House has the beauty and charm of a French country cottage. Though it is 250 years old it has been fully restored in a tasteful manner using locally made reed furniture and Provence fabrics. It is situated on an historic Estate and is surrounded by beautiful gardens.
	On the first floor is a very large living room of over 40 square meters and also a very large modern kitchen/dining room. The bathroom with tub shower and the Master bedroom with queen bed are on the second floor
	Two extra beds can easily be added in the living room to sleep 2 additional people and as well there are two cottages nearby that can be rented to accommodate 4 more people.

Location & Transportation

We are located in Perigord/Dordogne one of the most beautiful regions of France---known for its History, Culture, Prehistoric Caves, Chateaus, fine Cuisine, Wine,and Farmers markets
Directions	We are 20 minutes east of Perigueux on D5 next to Tourtoirac
Transportation	Train Thiviers, Perigueux, Brive, Limoges.
Airport	Bergerac 1 hour. Bordeaux 2 hours. Limoges 1 hour, Brive 1 hour

The property is in a tranquil rural countryside location yet close to lovely towns with restaurants and shopping. Perigueux is 25 minutes and Sarlat 45.

	Deposit requested prior to arrival: After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted by Truffle House.
	Taxes: 3.00% tax will be added to the quoted room rate at the time of payment.
	Additional charges: A charge may be incurred for extra persons in a room.
	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) Payment one month in advance. Need two weeks notice to cancel without penalty which is 10% of total booking. Daily maid service is not provided but is available with extra charge.
