You will receive back a confirmation by email once booking deposit has been sent.
Once we've received a booking deposit and confirmed availability on the apartment BARTS staff will confirm back to you by email. If apartment is not available for any reason (rare case, since we update the bookings on a daily basis) your deposit will be refunded instantly. Damages deposit for twin apartment is 500 when term is shorter or equal than 2 weeks or 1199 when longer.
In case of cancellation no refund will be made on the pre-payment. However, you will be able to change the dates of your rental period subject to availability on the same apartment, and at least 30 days in advance.
If you let us know within at least 30 days in advance about a cancellation, we will either refund 50% of the deposit or keep it for another operation, and this is up to you. |
